May was invited to the Warner Textile Archive Spring Fair on 11 May 2014. She presented a talk on textile conservation and the wide variety of objects that we as textile conservators may come across including the common types of damage we see to textiles, and the treatments we carry out to prevent further damage and allow the object to be stored safely as well as displayed safely. The fair has a wide range of displays and demonstrations and we look forward to next year.
